A referral is not necessary to come and see one of our physios but if your doctor has referred you to see us, we will ensure they are kept informed regarding your diagnosis and progression.

If you have extras, you can use your card to directly pay for physio over the HICAPS facility after your appointment. We accept all major health funds. As each health fund and level of cover reimburses different amounts, to know exactly what your out-of-pocket cost will be please call the insurer directly.

Our initial sessions are 45 minutes, and all follow-up sessions are 30 minutes (unless it is a complex issue or there are concurrent problems). Detailed assessment and good treatment take time.

Just come in your regular clothes. If you wish to bring a singlet or shorts to change into, you can, but we have a range of shorts/shirts/singlets on-site, as required. It is important you feel comfortable in your session!
