She believes in a holistic, client-centred approach to physiotherapy, with a balance of exercise-based rehabilitation and manual therapy to enable clients to accomplish their goals. Lauren is passionate about patient empowerment, and regards the provision of ongoing patient-specific education and advice as a necessary element of pain and injury management.
Lauren was very active growing up, and has experience in competitive rowing, swimming, netball and athletics. Her sporting background enables her to understand the positive impact of good quality physiotherapist healthcare; and how it can inspire and positively-move patients.
In her spare time Lauren enjoys challenging herself in the gym, sipping wine with friends, and spending time with (and spoiling) her dog, Tilly.
