Christine is one of our senior physiotherapists entering her 8th year in private practice. Her expertise lies in musculoskeletal conditions, sporting injuries, exercise rehabilitation and pilates. Christine believes in a holistic, evidence-based approach and is passionate about educating her clients and giving them the tools to self-manage their injuries. Christine works closely with her clients to help them reach their health, sporting and lifestyle goals, with treatment including individualised exercise programs and manual therapy where indicated. She is also qualified in dry needling and is a Clinical Pilates instructor, which she may include as part of treatment.
Christine holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences Degree and Doctor of Physiotherapy. She has spent 2 winter seasons working as a physiotherapist in Niseko, Japan, where she gained valuable experience in acute musculoskeletal injuries. As a result, her skill set is strong in the management of knees, including ACL, collateral ligament and meniscus tears. She has a keen interest in all lower limb injuries and is well positioned to help you get moving!
Outside of the clinic, you’ll find Christine cooking, hanging out with her puppy Reggie, enjoying a glass of wine or in the great outdoors camping.
