Clinical Exercise for Women

Pre Natal Exercise Class: ‘Preggy Fit’: An ante-natal specific class that keeps you working out safely throughout your pregnancy. We focus on all the right muscle groups to promote a healthy posture, prevent pelvic girdle and back pain and get you prepared for birth! With only 5 people in the class, we create the session to be adjusted to each participant’s level and to also reflect any current injuries.
